We want to thank all of you who came out to our tryouts these past couple of weeks. It was great seeing some new families. We wish we could take all of you, but we just don't have the space to do so. We have limited fields and a limited coaching staff. We are very selective on our coaching staff.
Please let your daughter know that it may not have been that she wasn't good enough to make a team this year, it could have been that we only needed to fill a few spots on a team. Our retention rate is very high and most of our families stay with us and grow through the organization until graduation. Then many come back if they are young enough to play while they are Freshman in college. That is something we are very proud of, our retention.
Some of our teams may not be full as they were not able to find certain positions they needed to fill. You may see ads for more tryouts and we will keep your name and information and give you a call if we need you to come back or we may ask you to a team.
Thank you again for taking the time to come out and showcase your daughter's skills. If your daughter didn't make a team, please look for us to hold tryouts again in the future. We wish you the best of luck this next season and come up and say Hi to our coaches and owners.
